Very hard fruit. Usually green in color, some fruit may be a darken shape. (25lbs of pressure or more)
Ready to eat in approximately 4 days if held at room temperature. (15 - 25lbs pressure)
(Pre-ripened) Slight give to fruit. Ready to eat approximately 3 days if held at room temperature. (10 - 10 lbs pressure)
(Pre-ripened) Yields to gantle pressure. Good for slicing. Fully rippe next day if held at room temperature. (5-10lbs pressure)
Easily yields to gentle pressure. Good for all uses. Will remain in this condition 2 to 3 days if helt at room temperature. (5lbs pressure)
